This is the crossing of the "Old Road" (ex LS&MS/NYC) which pre dated NYC's line across N. Indiana/Ohio as an entry to Chicago from the east; and the PRR ex GR&I line that ran from Ft. Wayne, IN., to Mackinaw City, MI. This scene looks east on the NYC.
